Would you like to learn more about European funding opportunities for collaborative health research projects? A dedicated information session on Horizon Europe calls will be held on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, at the IGBMC in Illkirch-Graffenstaden.
Organized jointly by the project development teams of the CNRS Alsace, Inserm Est, the University of Strasbourg, and the University of Haute-Alsace, with the participation of the Inserm Europe Office, this event will provide an overview of the various European funding schemes available to health research teams.
🔬 Programme
The morning session, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., will focus on several European funding opportunities, including Cluster 1 – Health, interdisciplinary opportunities combining health and Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH), the Cancer Mission, and funding schemes offered by the European Innovation Council (EIC).
A dedicated session will also present support mechanisms and funding opportunities designed to help researchers initiate new collaborations.
Local researchers already involved in European collaborative projects will then share their experiences, from the emergence of an idea to obtaining funding. The morning will conclude with a Networking Apéro, providing an informal opportunity to meet speakers and participants.
In the afternoon, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:40 p.m., one-to-one meetings with researchers, available upon registration, will offer participants the chance to discuss their projects and European funding opportunities in greater detail.
