From March 3 to 5, 2027, Luxembourg will host CREST 2027 – Cancer Research Ecosystems in Translation, an international scientific event dedicated to the latest advances in translational cancer research.
Over three days, researchers, clinicians, and innovators will come together to share cutting-edge scientific discoveries, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and explore new therapeutic perspectives, bridging the gap between fundamental research and clinical applications.
Four key scientific themes will be highlighted:
- 🛡️ Tumour Immunology: Understanding the interactions between the immune system and tumours.
- ⚡ Cancer Metabolism: Exploring the metabolic mechanisms involved in tumour development and progression.
- 🔬 Next-Generation Cancer Modelling: Discovering innovative approaches to cancer modelling.
- 💊 Therapeutic Innovation and Clinical Translation: Accelerating the translation of scientific discoveries into new treatment strategies.
Jointly organised by the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) and the University of Luxembourg, with funding from the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR), CREST 2027 offers a valuable opportunity to engage with the international scientific community and establish new collaborations.
