Congress
From Wed, 7 Oct 2026
To Fri, 9 Oct 2026
From 7 to 9 October 2026, Dr Jean-Marie Ravel is representing the NGERE laboratory at the 12th Congress of the French Society for Predictive and Personalized Medicine (SFMPP), held in Paris as part of the National Forum on Genomic Medicine.
This year’s congress brings together researchers, clinicians, bioinformaticians and healthcare professionals to discuss the latest advances in genomics, omics data, artificial intelligence and precision medicine.
Jean-Marie is playing a particularly active role in the congress, with involvement at several levels of the programme: co-organising the DOME track – Omics Data and Precision Medicine, focusing in particular on AI, bioinformatics and the analysis of omics data, as well as chairing a scientific session.
He is also presenting an e-poster showcasing work carried out with Margot Balestreri, Salomé Puisieux, Elise Pourié, Mathilde Renaud and Carine Bossenmeyer-Pourié focusing on Huntington’s disease and proteomic approaches:
“Early Mitochondrial Signature in the Pre-symptomatic-to-Symptomatic Transition of Huntington’s Disease: A Proteomic Analysis of Fibroblasts”
A great opportunity to highlight the laboratory’s work in omics approaches and precision medicine, while also showcasing the active involvement of its researchers in the scientific programme of this 12th edition.
