1.Study of clonal evolution of indolent B-cell lymphoma, particularly mechanisms underlying evolution into transformed B-cell lymphoma. We explore both malignant cell evolution and microenvironnment remodeling, with different approaches, including genomics, epigenetics, proteomics, and immunology.
2. Genetics and epigenetics of myelodysplastic syndromes and myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative syndromes.
